In today's video, I'm UNLOCKING LEVEL 1000 in Black Ops 4. There is a GLITCH in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 that STOPS you from UNLOCKING level 1000. You stay on level 999. Hopefully Treyach will FIX this in the upcoming 1.12 UPDATE in BO4.
